At The Little House Shop, we want you to love every piece you pick for your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
